This delightful little dessert is the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. It uses our RogersMade Bee in Your Bonnet French Lavender Infused Honey, which adds a refreshing floral note to the tart, icy citrus. Enjoy by the heaping spoonful!

Ingredients

1 cup Bee in Your Bonnet French Lavender Infused Honey
3 cups warm water
Juice and zest from one lemon

Directions (Freezer method):

In a 2 quart airtight container, combine all ingredients and stir until honey is fully dissolved and incorporated. Put lid on container and place in freezer. Remove from freezer about every 30 minutes and gently whisk to prevent large ice crystals from forming. Once frozen, enjoy!

Directions (Ice cream maker method):

In a 2 quart airtight container, combine all ingredients and stir until honey is fully dissolved and incorporated. Put lid on container and chill thoroughly in refrigerator. Once mixture is completely chilled, prepare ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn until desired texture is achieved. Serve immediately or return to airtight container and freeze.
